By downloading, installing, or using the ScoreFace Apple Watch application (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Gelotto ("we," "us," "our"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. Apple's standard End User License Agreement for App Store apps also applies and governs in the event of any conflict with these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and use the App on any Apple Watch you own or control, subject to these Terms and the App Store's Usage Rules.
The App is free to install and offers a one-time in-app purchase (the "Unlock") that enables the game detail view, watch face complications, team pinning, push notifications, and the Live View feature. The Unlock is a non-consumable purchase processed by Apple. You can restore a previous purchase on any device signed in to the same Apple ID using the "Restore Purchases" option in the App's Settings.
Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's refund policy. Gelotto cannot issue refunds directly. To request one, use reportaproblem.apple.com.
The App is provided for casual, informational use only. We make no representation that scores, clocks, or game state displayed in the App are accurate or complete in real time.

The App, its design, code, and branding are owned by Gelotto. Team names, logos, and game data referenced in the App are trademarks of their respective owners; we display them for identification only and claim no affiliation with, or endorsement by, any league, team, or broadcaster.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including (without limitation) warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gelotto's total cumulative liability arising out of or related to the App is limited to the amount you paid us for the Unlock, or five U.S. dollars, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including (without limitation) lost profits, losses from wagering, or damages resulting from reliance on displayed scores.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate backend access for any device or anonymous identifier that abuses our systems or violates these Terms. These Terms survive termination to the extent necessary to enforce them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their exclusive jurisdiction, except that nothing in this section limits your ability to seek relief in any small-claims court with jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms. The version and last-updated date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
